The 9th Annual Practical Insolvency Conference and Dinner will be held on 29-30 March 2010 at Dockside, Cockle Bay. This year there is a focus on recent regulatory activity, with a review of the Ariff deregistration and Gould suspension. There will be a banking hypothetical plus a "state of the market" session in which senior representatives from major banks identify industry issues and hot spots. There will be fresh papers on section 420A, practitioner personal liability and DOCA challenges.
