Legislation to note: amendment to the Supreme Court (Corporations) Rules 1999

The Supreme Court (Corporations) Amendment (No 11) Rules 2010 have been published on the NSW Legislation web site. The object of the amendments is to revise a prescribed form for consent to act as a designated person under the Supreme Court (Corporations) Rules 1999.
