The president of the New South Wales Bar Association, Tom Bathurst QC, has expressed his deep regret at news of the death of the Hon Jeff Shaw QC, former New South Wales attorney general and justice of the Supreme Court.

‘Jeff Shaw made a lasting contribution to the justice system, first as a leading industrial law counsel, then in his five year term as attorney general in the Carr government, and as a judge’ said Mr Bathurst.
