Legislative Council inquiry into s 132 of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986

The Legislative Council's Standing Committee on Law and Justice has launched its Inquiry into Judge Alone Trials under s 132 of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986. The closing date for submissions is Wednesday, 30 June 2010. The committee intends to hold public hearings in September 2010.
