Attorney-General Robert McClelland today formalised the Australian Governmentâs policy for federal judicial appointments. Judicial Appointments: Ensuring a Strong and Independent Judiciary Through a Transparent Process outlines the appointment process for the Federal Court, Federal Magistrates Court and Family Court.
