Willis (Allianz) professional indemnity insurance policy now approved

In addition to the Marsh, Suncorp and Aon policies, the attorney general has now approved the Willis (Allianz) professional indemnity insurance policy pursuant to s 403(2) of the Legal Profession Act. All four PII policies have now been approved. Copies of the approved policies are on the association's web site and are also available from the Bar Association's reception. All enquiries about the policies, including premium information, should be addressed direct to the brokers/insurers. The Bar Association is unable to provide any advice as to the merits of the policies or an individual's premium.
