TONIGHT - Tuesday 15 June and Thursday 17 June - Expert Determination Workshops

Become an Expert Determiner approved by the Bar Association. The ADR Committee is offering members with 7 years’ experience as legal practitioners and a practising certificate the opportunity to become approved Expert Determiners. Attendance is required at 2 x 2 hour workshops from 5.00 to 7.00pm tonight, 15 June **and **Thursday 17 June 2010. Members who do not fulfil the requirement of 7 years’ practice are invited to attend to increase their expertise in this growing area. CPD points will also count towards those required for accreditation of mediators under the National Standards. For full details, download a flyer.
