This is the seventh and final seminar in the “Constituting Law” series. The Honourable Chief Justice James Spigelman AC and the Honourable Justice A R Emmett will discuss current and historical aspects of the inter-relationship between law and international commerce. Each speaker will address the topic for approximately 30 minutes followed by an open question session. Noel Hutley SC will chair the session. The seminar will be held in the Banco Court with complimentary drinks afterwards in the Bar Association Common Room to celebrate the “Constituting Law” series. Download a flyer for further details.
