Amendments to Workers Compensation in NSW

The Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Bill 2010 (NSW) has been introduced in the Legislative Assembly. The object of the Bill, as provided by the minister's agreed to in principle speech, is to "improve dispute resolution processes at the Workers Compensation Commission and assist WorkCover to more efficiently administer the workers compensation system."
