Professional Standards Scheme
Members were advised via In Brief _on 28 June of the approval of the New South Wales Bar Association's new professional standards scheme. The new scheme was published in the _New South Wales Government Gazette on Friday, 25 June and took effect on 1 July 2010. It expires on 30 June 2015. The new scheme limits the liability for damages to $1.5 million. Learn more>
