Speeches to note: tenth anniversary of the Federal Magistrates Court

Attorney-General Robert McClelland has delivered a speech in Sydney today, marking the tenth anniversary of the Federal Magistrates Court. Whilst the AG congratulated the court for "its impressive record" and strong commitment to providing Australians with access to justice, he noted the need for reform, as well as recent legislation to reshape the federal court system.
