Workers Compensation Regulation 2010: call for submissions

WorkCover is inviting written comments and submissions on the draft Workers Compensation Regulation 2010 and Regulatory Impact Statement .The Workers Compensation Regulation 2003 is due to be repealed on 1 September 2010, in accordance with section 10(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989. It is proposed to remake the current Regulation with minor changes.� The remade Regulation, the Workers Compensation Regulation 2010, will commence operation from 1 September 2010.
