Client legal privilege case notes

The Law Council’s Federal Litigation Section has added updates to its CLPwatch web site, which includes a number of case notes affecting client legal privilege.The site is designed to keep practitioners up to date with judgments that provide significant rulings affecting client legal privilege.

The latest updates to the site include case notes on:
