The 27th Annual Banking and Financial Services Law and Practice Conference will be held at the Millenium Hotel, Queenstown, New Zealand on **14-16 August 2010. **The theme is "Apres GFC: the regulatory and responsibility hangover" with sessions on the new consumer credit laws, cross-border insolvency, secondary debt trading, regulation after the GFC and Islamic financing.
