ABA response to the draft Legal Profession National Law

The Australian Bar Association has written to Attorney General Robert McClelland with its response to the consultation draft of the Legal Profession National Law. The ABA supports the principle of simplified uniform legislation and regulation, national standards policies, freedom of movement between jurisdictions and accessible consumer protection.
