Legislation to note: sun to set on 1 September 2010 for five regulations

The following regulations commence on 1 September 2010. Under the 'sunset' provisions contained in section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 these regulations will repeal and replace, with some minor amendments, their predecessors.
