Submissions on penalty notices due on 30 November

The New South Wales Law Reform Commission has released Consultation Paper 10: Penalty Notices that examines the use of on-the-spot fines. The commission encourages interested organisations and individuals to make submissions on the questions raised in the consultation paper. The deadline for submissions is 30 November 2010. Submissions can be sent to GPO Box 5199, Sydney NSW 2001; DX 1227 Sydney; or via email: nsw_lrc@agd.nsw.gov.au
