Indexation of maximum amount relating to non-economic loss

Pursuant to s 17 (1) of the Civil Liability Act 2002,� the amount that is to apply for the purposes of section 16 (2) of the Civil Liability Act 2002 to be $500,750 from 1 October 2010. An order to this effect was announced in the NSW Government Gazette on 24 September.
