What a great morning! Thank you to all those that attended our second Pink Ribbon breakfast this morning, 15 October. The breakfast has raised over $1,500 so far. Since donations are still being processed the official amount will be announced in a few weeks. If you still would like to make a tax deductible donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), please follow the link http://www.pinkribbonbreakfast.org.au and donate on the NSW Bar Association team page. You can also donate directly to the NSW Bar Association and we can pass on your donation by cheque (cheques payable to the ‘National Breast Cancer Foundation’). Thank you to all those people who donated prizes and purchased raffle tickets. The winners were: David Jones voucher – Jennifer Chambers Abbey’s bookshop voucher – Melissa Perry QC Private yoga / meditation classes – Jennifer Single Flower voucher from Fruity Blooms – Jennifer Pearce 3 x Estee Lauder Companies vouchers – Kate Eastman, Michelle Painter, Naomi Sharp Chateau de Soars Bordeaux Rose – Kate Traill French Champagne – Caroline Dobraszczyk And for the guessing competition – 189 lollies in the jar and the winner is Maree Fitzgerald with a guess of 188 (winner had to be closest without going over).
