This seminar will cover the responsibilities of counsel to the court and their clients in cases of multiple defendants and the relationship between counsel. Tim Game SC will discuss the ethical responsibilities of counsel, with reference to the NSW Barristers’ Rules and Legal Profession Act.� Dina Yehia SC will discuss some of the practical and procedural considerations in running a joint trial. CPD points may be claimed in either the Ethics or Advocacy strands, registration is not required.
