High Court Amendment Rules 2010 (No.2)

The _High Court Amendment Rules 2010 (No.2) _have been added to the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments and will commence on 1 January 2011. The amendments contained in Schedule 2 reflect the findings of a report by the Joint Costs Advisory Committee, which recommended that solicitorsâ costs should increase by 3.1 per cent.
