No demerit points for section 10 dismissals

NSW drivers who are given a Section 10 dismissal by the court for a driving offence will no longer incur demerit points, following amendments in the committee stage to the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Amendment Bill 2010. This follows a submission by the Bar Association on this issue.
