The Courts and Crimes Legislation Further Amendment Act 2010 was assented to on 7 December 2010. It amends 16 Acts, such as the Crimes Act 1900, the Civil Procedure Act 2005, and the Criminal Procedure Act 1986. The Department of Justice and Attorney General has provided a commencement schedule, listing the amendments which commenced on assent and those awaiting proclamation.
