New Supreme Court Practice Note SC Eq 10 Revenue List

This is a reminder that on 22 September 2010 Chief Justice James Spigelman AC issued Practice Note SC Eq 10 â Revenue List which commenced on 1 October 2010.� The Practice Note sets out the case management procedures which apply to matters which are, or are to be, entered in the Revenue List of the Equity Division of the Supreme Court.
