Codification of complicity laws is on the cards

Attorney General John Hatzistergos has given in-principle support to codifying complicity laws, which has been recommended by the NSW Law Reform Commission (LRC) following a three-year investigation. The Bar Association's Criminal Law Committee made submissions to the inquiry. NSWLRC Report 129 (2011) - Complicity - was released today and is available from the commission's web site.
