LCA defends fair compensation for the ACT's injured motorists

Law Council President Alexander Ward has criticised proposed reforms to third party insurance laws in the Australian Capital Territory, contained in the Road Transport (Third Party Insurance) Bill 2011. Mr Ward said the ACT Governmentâs proposed changes will strip away the rights of over 84 per cent of people injured on ACT roads through no fault of their own. Learn more >
