Reminder: retirement ceremony for Tobias JA is tomorrow

The Hon Justice Murray Tobias AM RFD will retire as a judge of the Court of Appeal on Friday, 25 March 2011. A formal ceremony to mark this occasion will be held in the Banco Court at 9.30am tomorrow, 25 March 2011. Tom Bathurst QC will speak on behalf of the New South Wales Bar. Barristers are to wear robes and wigs. Senior counsel should wear full-bottomed wigs.
