Temby QC appointed acting DPP

Attorney General John Hatzistergos today announced that Ian Temby AO QC would be appointed acting director of public prosecutions for two months, commencing 19 March 2011. Mr Hatzistergos thanked outgoing DPP Nicholas Cowdery AM QC for his services to NSW and wished him well in his retirement.
