New allocation of New South Wales Acts under the O'Farrell government

Following the swearing-in of the new Executive Council and ministers, Lt Governor James Spigelman AC has approved the Allocation of the Administration of Acts 2011 (No 2âGeneral Allocation) and issued the Public Sector Employment and Managment (Departments) Order 2011, which establishes the NSW Government's Pincipal Departments: Premier and Cabinet; Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services; Education and Communities; Finance and Services; Family and Community Services; Attorney General and Justice, Health, Transport, Treasury.
