In tonight's session Russell Sweet will be discussing Costs in Criminal Matters. The seminar will be chaired by Tony Bellanto QC and will examine the circumstances in which an accused person who is acquitted of an offence, or is the subject of proceedings instituted by the Crown which are discontinued, can make an application for costs.
