Tonight, in a session chaired by Neil Williams SC, Theresa Baw and James Hutton will be exploring the implications of the recent discussion of jurisdictional facts by the High Court in Minister for Immigration and Citizenship v SZMDS & Anor (2010) 240 CLR 611.
