The Court of Appeal in a nutshell

In response to an inquiry from the Supreme Court of Japan, the New South Wales Supreme Court has prepared an outline of its appellate jurisdiction. In particular, the statistics at the end may be of interest to practitioners. Special mention should be made of the court staff who played such a large role in putting together this publication.
