Bar Book Club meets on Wednesday, 18 May 2011

The next meeting of the Bar Book Club will be held on Wednesday, 18 May at 6.00pm in the Bar Library. The selected book is Robert McCrum's Globish: How the English Language Became the World's Language. The June meeting will be held on Wednesday, 15 June, same time and place. That meeting will have a comedic flavour, with the chosen book being The code of the Woosters by P G Wodehouse. For those of you who appreciate coincidence, or related themes, Robert McCrum wrote the biography P. G. Wodehouse: A Life.
