Coming up in CPD: Appellate Advocacy Series

This seminar series will be jointly presented by the Hon Justice J L B Allsop, President of the Court of Appeal and the Hon Justice M J Beazley AO, Judge of Appeal. The sessions will deal with practical aspects of following the Rules and� Practice Note, in particular the role of oral address in the context of written submissions.

In the first session, to be held on Wednesday 27 April, Justice Beazley will cover essential requirements for appearing in the NSW Court of Appeal. For further details and to print out the registration forms for sessions 2 and 3, please see the flyer. Registration is not required for the 27 April session.
