Tonight,** **Peter Callaghan SC and Ian Bailey SC will be presenting the first of two sessions on the Commercial Arbitration Act. Both seminars will be chaired by Angela Bowne SC. For further details, please refer to the flyer. Please note that attendance at both of these seminars (together with attendance at a third seminar later in the year) will be necessary for those members seeking approval for the first time as BarADR arbitrators with the Association.
