This first session in the Appellate Advocacy Series will be presented by the Hon Justice Beazley AO. The seminar will be chaired by Alexander Street SC and will cover essential requirements for appearing in the NSW Court of Appeal. Particular focus will be given to grounds of appeal, challenges to factual findings, rules and practice notes and melding� grounds of appeals and submissions.
