This month, the Family Law Committee of the New South Wales Bar Association will be hosting two seminars drawn from the very well received Family Law Advocacy series held in 2009. The first seminar, entitled "Preparation and Presentation of Argument in Appeals", presented by the Hon J. E. Ellis AM and the Hon Justice Peter Rose, will take place on Thursday the 12 May at 5.15pm. A second seminar, "Cross Examination of Lay and Expert Witnesses", presented by Chester A. Porter QC, will be held on Thursday 26 May. Both sessions will be chaired by the Hon Justice David Collier.�

Please note that these seminars will take place at the Parramatta Registry of the Family Court of Australia (in the Training Room on Level 2).
