Members are invited to the 3rd Annual Native Title Law Summit 2011. Titled "Managing indigenous relationships. Legislation, policy and legal updates", it will be held on 13-14 July 2011, at the Stamford Plaza Brisbane.

Native Title and cultural heritage are inexorably linked. The LexisNexis 3rd Annual Native Title Law Summit will explore how best to manage indigenous relationships with a particular focus on anthropological considerations.

ILUAs still dominate and judicial findings are regularly throwing up new precedents. By accessing recent case studies including the landmark Bygrave vs QGC case, the most up to date legal findings on Native Title will be presented.
