The�Winter 2011 edition of Bar News�should be�landing in mailboxes by now.�This�is the�criminal law special edition, with�feature articles on circumstantial evidence, sentencing in NSW, applications for costs, a guide to criminal appeals and much more. The�annual Sir Maurice Byers�Address is�published in full, and there is complete coverage of the changing of the guard at the Supreme Court.�There's the usual mix of book reviews, photos of social events, coverage of recent appointments.
