Call for comment on dispute resolution for small business

The minister for small business, Senator the Hon Nick Sherry, has released for comment an options paper on the resolution of small business (business-to-business) disputes. All information (including name and address details) contained in submissions will be made available to the public on the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research website or in future papers, unless you indicate that you would like all or part of your submission to remain in confidence.
