Tom Bathurst QC will be sworn in as chief justice of New South Wales at a ceremonial sitting of the Supreme Court on Wednesday, 1 June 2011 at 9.30am in the Banco Court. Barristers are to wear robes and wigs. Senior counsel should wear full-bottomed wigs.
