Web watch: interviews with US Supreme Court justices on legal writing and advocacy

The Scribes Journal of Legal Writing has transcribed interviews conducted during 2008 with eight justices of the United States Supreme Court, regarding how they write their opinions, what they are looking for in legal briefs and the art of legal writing generally.
