Federal Magistrates Court Amendment Rules 2011 (No. 1)

As a result of amendments to the Federal Magistrates Court Rules, two Family Court of Australia forms have been amended to become shared forms with the Federal Magistrates Court. These forms are Third Party Debt Notice and Enforcement Warrant - Seizure and Sale of Property. The only changes to these forms are the addition of a "tick box" to include the FMC and reference to the new rules. The forms are also available on the Family Law Courts website.
