Uniform Civil Procedure Rules (Amendment No 45) 2011

The Uniform Civil Procedure Rules (Amendment No 45) 2011 was added to the NSW�Legislation�web site today and has therefore commenced. The object of this rule is to enable a person to comply with a subpoena by producing a copy of the document required to be produced in any electronic form that the issuing party has indicated will be acceptable (unless production of the original document is required).
