The inaugural NSW Barristers’ Clerks Association Conference will take place on Friday, 7 October. It will be held in the Sun Room at the Ivy. All clerks are encouraged to attend for what promises to be a full program including sessions on the new�Barristers' Rules, direct access and fee recovery; OH&S Requirements and marketing the bar. The final program will be sent out shortly. Following the conference the annual Clerk’s dinner will be held at the Establishment Ballroom, with the chief justice of the High Court,� the Hon R S French AC as the guest of honour. As usual, clerks will be able to invite members of their chambers to the dinner. Download your invitation and** RSVP by 26 August**.
