LCA cautious about National Disability Insurance Scheme

The Law Council of Australia has welcomed the proposal to establish a National Disability Insurance Scheme but has warned against the potential erosion of rights for disabled and catastrophically injured people if some of the Productivity Commission’s recommendations are implemented. Learn more >
