Arbitration seminars on 14 and 21 September

A series of two arbitration seminars to be held on 14 and 21 **September **will provide comprehensive information about current domestic and international arbitration practice and procedures across state and federal jurisdictions.

The seminars will cover legislative updates, recent cases and current issues. Speakers include Bathurst CJ, Allsop P, Rares J, Hammerschlag J as well as senior members of the bar including Holmes QC, Douglas QC, Bailey SC and senior members of the ADR Committee. The seminars have been designed for senior counsel but juniors are welcome to attend, particularly those who attended the ‘Writing Arbitral Awards’ seminar in August who require all three seminars to be approved as BarADR arbitrators for the first time.
