A�number of notices have been gazetted under the Workers Compensation Act 1987, in particular, those�concerning the indexation of WorkCover Benefits,�Indexation of Benefits Covered by Workers Compensation Act 1926,�indexation of Benefits and�indexation of Interim Payment Direction for Payment of Medical Expenses Compensation.
The Workers Compensation Amendment (Latest Index Number) Regulation (No 2) 2011 has also been published on the NSW Legislation database.�It amends the�Workers Compensation Regulation 2010, in particular Clause 11, the meaning of âlatest index numberâ.
