Guide to the Assessment of the Degree of Permanent Impairment

The Australian Government has, under subsection 28(3) of the _Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 _approved, with effect on and from 1 December 2011:
- the revocation of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 â Guide to the Assessment of the Degree of Permanent Impairment (âEdition 2 of the Guideâ) prepared by Comcare under subsection 28(1) of the Act on 1 September 2005 and approved by the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations on 8 September 2005; and
- its replacement�by the�Guide to the Assessment of the Degree of Permanent Impairment (Edition 2.1 of the Guideâ) prepared by Comcare under subsection 28(1) of the Act on 6 September 2011.
