Appointment of Commonwealth senior counsel

Attorney-General Robert McClelland today announced the appointment of Mr James Faulkner PSM as a Commonwealth senior counsel. Mr Faulkner is the head of the Constitutional Policy Unit in the Attorney-Generalâs Department.
"This appointment is appropriate recognition of Mr Faulknerâs distinguished record of service as a senior legal adviser and his outstanding skills and expertise", said the attorney.
